愉快的周末

昨天渡过了一个愉快的周末, 真开心.. :)

纳豆

well, i introduce LC to "Natou" "纳豆" yesterday during dinner.

According to the books, it is very nutricious.

and plus the fact that it is very filling as well.

And, i tried a different soup as well.

Salmon fish head and salty vegetable 咸菜 soup !

but sorry, no pic.

Which is Which ?

Well...... this is one of the plants we have planted.

it has red flowers.

recently, there were a few small plants that sprout out just next to it.

LC thinks that its the same type of plant...

but i think otherwise.....

Anyone has any idea of what this plant is ??

高人馆

Again me and LC were at the same restaurant yesterday.........

This is the 红谷肉

ingredients.... 酒, 红谷米, 肉, 冰糖

Looks a bit redish, but the meat was not soft enough.

This was good.... brocolli and mushrooms.

both were priced at RM 12 and Rm 10

reasonable, portion is not too big.

高人馆

This is what we had on the weekend in puchong jaya.

"stuffed bitter gourd" the signature dish at

高人馆. priced at RM 14.00, its nice and original.

they have a promotional fish at RM 12 as well.

all in all......not bad, but just try and avoid the packed time. 6.30 - 8pm

早开晚谢,只开一天

TGIF

Well......guess eveyrone has been to TGIF.

we are not a big fan of it, but on last weekend, we checked out IOI's new wing and happened to think.......well, give it a try.

and here, LC is munching on a piece of chicken.

"an appitizer".....but more like a main meal,

cause of the meat ! meat ! and meat !

a bit dry and too big of a portion.

As for this "entree"......

again. very big portion.

and the dish is called ...... chicken, cheese hot plate or something like that.

the cheese was ok, while hot.

once cooled down, was just too much to handle.

and dry.........

guess, some people might like this tyoe of food.

but, if going there, make sure you do not order too much, as the portions are BIG !

EDAMAME

EDAMAME ...we ordered some during dinner yesterday.

well it was a new thing to LC.

she couldn't keep her hands off it.

hope she is not addicted :-)

SALTY FISH CURRY

Finally......we are back to Taiping Lang for the long awaited salty fish curry.

Set L, as they have called it. Me and LC has been waiting sooooo long for it. :-)
